I am sure there are many fine cable towers, but I really like this one. It operates smoothly. I use it all of the time and it has held up well. Absolutely no problems. If you get one of these it does need to be anchored in some manner. I have mine attached to my rack. I feel like the price is very reasonable when compared to others.

I love these. You can use them for so many exercise variations. My wrists are terrible and these allow me to many thing pain free that would cause me trouble otherwise. They offer a very comfortable grip.

Very nice plates. They fit on a bar well and are not too thick.

This works great for what it was made to accomplish. The different hole positions make it very versatile.

Really fine tool. This is certainly well made and durable. It can be used with a loading pin, and as a cable attachment. I suppose it can also be used with bands, and one could probably attach a rope and have a tug of war. This is just a fun item to have around.

This is a solid entry level air bike. Bells has come a long way with product development since they started. If this is what you have, or you can get a good deal on this bike it is a great tool. I think with these types of apparatus their true value is in whether one uses them consistently. This bike can certainly wear a person out. I feel it has good durability.

This is the only Seal row pad I have ever owned so I do not have a lot to compare to. This is a solid piece. I am a large man and it feels very stable when I am using it. The padding, and vinyl, are nice. I like using it and feel like it is a good addition to my training.

Daisy chains are fabulous for so many things. They can be used for tri-extensions, curls, pullovers, and anything a Henry strap can be used for. They are just so versatile. The daisy chains I purchased on Amazon have held up well.
