Doesn't do anything fancy but is probably the cheapest dip attachment you can get for a 3x3 rack. The knurl on it is more of a thought than a reality. Crappy welds and spatter all around. I have loaded it to around 150kg with no issues

I got this back in 2021 after watching a basement Brandon video about the value of the boneyard bars. Great value/discount for a blemish that you will likely create using the bar. 5 years old and knurling/bearings are in great shape still. Bare steel, 45lbs

Imo these suck to use in their stock form. The "J" is too deep and makes setting up for squats/bench a pain. I did cut mine and reweld the "J" for better clearance when racking/unracking.

An almost perfect clone of your IPF spec barbell. The knurling honestly leaves you wanting more and lacks that "sharp" quality. That being said the value is undefeated vs. the other options.

You might have heard health is wealth. This statement could not be more true with this piece. As an almost exclusive powerlifter for the past 5 years adding this to my home gym brought that fun element that made me not dread doing cardio. I paired this with the app my woosh to ride for free with friends and get nasty quad pumps. Imo this is a better option than a Pelaton due to being more budget friendly if you already have a bike. I do have an older bike so I did have to swap out my cassette. Shout-out big Gary for getting me turned on to biking.

Eh. Trolley gets stuck often if using weight lighter than 10lbs. Adjusted pulleys and lubed and had no real change.

Built like a tank and allows for the correct order of plates (heaviest up top). Is truly built and designed to last. 5/5 just my turn with the equipment.
