It’s a good log. Having a low empty weight makes it easier to warm up with, or to move it around your space for presses, etc. It has a weird clunk to it, hard to say if it’s about balance or straight build quality. It makes you have to place it down gently, even on crash pads, in a crowded gym so it doesn’t make that loud clunk from the inside. It feels light and hollow on the lap and chest. I’m nit picking, but it just isn’t on par with pit bulls and other available logs. If there weren’t so many quality logs out on marketplace, I would rate it higher.

This is an awesome axle. Takes standard collars, coating feels awesome in your hands, and just a solid overall feel. Not to mention, it’s also 45lbs so I can stop doing fuzzy math. Best axle I’ve ever used.

There is nothing that I have found that does what the flexbar does. I bought it to fight tennis elbow, and it has become an almost daily part of my injury prevention/grip strength regimen. Start using one of these early, in incorporate it into prehab for lifting, jujitsu, and a host of other sports.

They’re ok. If you can avoid the hex dumbbells with the bulge in the grip and just buy straight handled DBs, you should. And don’t buy any DBs with a rubber insert in the grip, as that grip can rotate.

This is an intermediate bar for training kids that I end up rarely using. Titan focused on the weight of the bar and overlooked so many other things. No center knurl is ok, but the overall knurling is just ok. The bar has not corroded, so that’s a bonus. It’s just ok.

I had to pick up a used pair to go with my yoke. Even the beat to crap j cups that I got used were rock solid. The quality you would expect from Rogue, even if the liner is limited

If you’re just looking for a dip belt, this will work fine. Do not mistake it for a belt that can be used for belt squats. Stitching is ok, padding is non-existent, but perfectly adequate for dips

Like a curl bar, these just show up in your gym and sometimes they multiply. I have about 6 pairs of them hanging from my ceiling and I haven’t touched them in years. They hold ok, but are needlessly difficult to use in a world where Amazon collars are nearly free.
