Picked this up this weekend a did as many accessories as I can with it. It’s easy to set up, light weight, and I like the multiple grip options. It was also not very expensive (I did go through a retailer who charges the same price but saved me a 1 hour drive). The screw to attach it and fasten is the one thing giving me a pause. If not handled correctly it has the capacity to really mess up your barbell end caps. Other than that , super happy to add this to my gym.

I have 0 complaints and a ton of praise for this. The quad pump was incredible, the sway on the pendulum was minimal, and the ROM was decent. Needed a lesson on how to use it but when I did, I actually really enjoyed every grinding second.

I was in the Spartan fitness show room and saw this. It is giant and awesome. It was the first time I ever got to experience 2:1 ratio on a pulley system as well. It’s so different and so cool! The back can used to fold a bench, or storage as well. Attachments are readily available for almost any workout you can think of on a machine like this. It is, however, very very expensive. It’s also huge, meaning some homes could not fit it. It’s the first machine that has made me want one.

I actually got this to practice duck walks and power stairs. The price was low and delivery was quick and tbh it does what it’s supposed to do. But: the rubber handles are weird. I don’t know how, just weird. I don’t think I’d have gotten this for what I wanted it for. I am worried it will break if I weigh it up too much. Other than that, it’s going still.

I got to embarrass myself at Tommy’s house using this, and at Massenomics gym. It’s hard to hold, makes things hard that don’t need to be hard, and a good grip goes a long way.

I wish I could give this a higher rating on performance. Known as “the humbler” to those that attempt it, I used it at Los on Sioux Falls. A little weight goes a looooong way on this. It engages your lats, your back, and somehow even your shoulders. Absolutely enjoyed using this.

I got to try this in Aberdeen and it was SO cool. It absolutely forces your stabilizing muscles to engage on bench, and the “whip” adds a weird lock out. Would recommend if working on any press motions and having trouble with keeping the weight stable.

I went to the show room in Mississauga (Toronto) and got to try this. This thing is super cool, a neat attachment, and offers resistance in a compact space. I very much like this, despite having no need for it.
