Very good rackable curl bar. Knurling is well done and in all the right places (as opposed to REPs, which has small knurling patches) relatively passive but appropriate for a curl bar. I like the 30mm diameter over the typical 28-29mm. The bar looks great in the black/silver finish. Overall quality is quite good, only issue was there was a bit of rust in the sleeves when it first arrived but now spins well after from 3 in 1 oil so knocking a point for that. As for value, it's a decent value at full price of $190 with no shipping/tax. On sale at $140 it was an amazing deal.

Does the job well, stores up to 4 bars without much footprint. You do have to crank the bolt down for it not to wobble, which is a bit annoying. The silver/stainless finish looks great with my rep rack. The price was right. Up to you if the copying/iteration on Darko's design bothers you. Personally I think iteration/improvement is the basis of the industry. Rep came out with Ares/Athena, now everyone has their version.

These are a great option if looking for shorter spotter arms at around 20" of arm length off the rack, which is essential for me to fit my REP smith inside my 30" crossmembers. Build quality, fit and finish, etc are all quite good. They are relatively low profile in terms of height they take up on the rack, not as thin as true low profiles like surplus strength, but much slimmer then your typical Rep/Rogue spotters. Most other options for 20" spotters are pricey custom options from Bremmy, surplus, black widow, etc and are $500+. At $250 these are a reasonable deal for the quality, but check your shop app for a $100 coupon, in which case these are an amazing deal. The quick-lock mechanism of a groove in the pin holding the spotters in place is a nice touch, since it means to adjust you can just lift and slide them out, rather then requiring multiple hitch pins. Not a game-changer.

I love this bench and in my opinion it is the best bench on the market. The vinyl is perfect, it is the most stable bench I have ever used, including commercial pieces. It has a ton of adjustments, so you can dial it in, however you want. Yes, it is heavy. That is the point. It is meant to be stable during heavy use and we are here to lift not complain about heavy things. It is the equivalent to picking up a 60 pound dumbbell off the front which is frankly just not that big a deal. However, if you want a lightweight bench, this is not for you. I like the zero gap feature and the ability to dial it in for any level of incline, but it is true that it is an extra adjustment point. I find that you get used to it very quick and it is certainly not an essential, but I do like having it so the bench can be a true gapless flat bench in addition to an inclined bench. Finally, the clear grind on this bench is just beautiful. Zero regrets, would buy again.

Not much to say here, it is a very high-quality 3 x 3, 1 inch rack with excellent build quality, powder, coat, and welds. The clear grind looks amazing, and I prefer it to even stainless upright from other companies.

I love my ares 1.0. It is a fantastic, smooth, functional trainer, and lat pull down. The low row is a bit low, but I have found this issue to be overblown by many others and still get a great workout from it. It is also a benefit to have such a low pull point for exercises like RDL's. I also prefer the cable routing on the Aries 1.0 since storing the trolleys at the top is less in the way than storing the trolleys at the bottom like on Ares 2.0 because that can interfere with placement of spotter arms. The main downside is it takes up space inside the rack and makes it difficult to incline bench in a four post. Not an issue with my six post since I incline bench off the front. I bought this after Rep announced the 2.0 and so got a great deal on it. No regrets, would purchase again.

First off, let me say they are not perfect. I have on occasion had the issue of plates getting stuck and having to readjust the cradle, which is exacerbated if your floor is not perfectly level. That said I'm still giving them five stars because I just love these things. They feel better than any dumbbell I've ever used with fantastic knurling, are extremely compact, and the sliding mechanism just is extremely satisfying. Personally, I don't find the rails to be an issue and I actually like using them as a grip for French press and pullovers. As a tip, you can use the power block powermax stand for them, which includes a way to hold the adder weights as a cheaper alternative to the Rep stand when you find them on sale.

Fantastic value calibrated plates when on sale. I really like the silver lettering/design and the lip makes them easier to handle. Picked them up on Black Friday for $2.20 a pound with a free power bar, singlet, and sleeves. Only issue is Beware Hansu customer service. It was supposed to come with a power bar for free, and I haven't received it even 4 months later with a long email thread going back and forth saying they'll send it soon.
