Hands down worth the money, easy to change weights and super durable. I’ve filled mine up to 60lbs and have tossed it all over. Landing on rocks other pieces of equipment, and still holding strong. Even used this for practicing a stone throw event 😂 when it comes to bags Cerberus is definitely king 👌🏻

I’ve just sold mine but this is great if you don’t want a bunch of stones rolling around the garage or don’t have the space for them. Mikes stuff is top notch and highly worth it. Easy to change weights and doesn’t rust easily

Great to train your core and move while being super unstable. Of course Mikes works are always top notch in terms of quality

Something that you can just beat the crap out of and won’t break. Though it usually just ends up taking up space in a corner ahaha

It gets the job done, especially for it being as priced as it is. Though I’d definitely recommend just getting one with push handles so it can do more than one thing

While they look nice and are USA made these are annoyingly thin and way too over priced. At that point it’d make more sense to invest in actual kilo plates

Just the right amount of whip and the black zinc finish looks amazing. After only using a Rogue one before this one puts that to shame, another if you can find one of market place jump on it
