There's a lot to like about this product from GMWD. The converging handles is probably the biggest feature that differentiates this from competitors on the market. The adjustable bench is a bit finicky at times. The quality of the padding itself is excellent. My biggest complaint is the "wiggle" when initiating the lift. When you apply pressure the product has about an inch of "give" before the lift starts in earnest. Overall its a sturdy and well built machine but it's limited by the biggest feature (the converging arms). There's no way to do unilateral presses. The arms move in unison. Also, it's a total pain to set up. The pneumatic lift in the back that assists with raising and lowering the weights is very frustrating to assemble and the directions aren't crystal clear. The price point is good, but I've come to ask myself the utility of this versus something like a powertec or similar product with an adjustable bench. Sure it will cost more, but you'll likely already have an adjustable bench for your home gym. At that point you're only looking to buy a lever gym. Some of the cheaper units can run for $300-$400 and offer low row and lat pulldowns as well. I think this is better than other similar dedicated press machines and certainly has some nice finish. Out of all the movements, the incline press is the most ideal. I think this product does a great job at providing a deep stretch, but given how limited it is compared to other products on the market, I think it's a luxury, not a necessity.

Lots to like here but also some flaws that hold this back. First, this is a great price point for a deadlift bar and REP has done a great job with build quality. However, the knurling could be a bit more aggressive in my opinion. Also, the black sleeves are going to immediately show wear and tear. The first time you throw on plates, the pristine sleeves are going to get marred up. It's a good looking bar and I love the all black design, but it's not going to stay that way. The whip of this bar is spot on and it feels really good in-hand. For those looking for a super aggro bar, this may fall a little short. However, if you're looking to get a specialty deadlift bar just to get some reps in and get used to it for specific competition work you can't go wrong, especially for the price point. I've never used a Texas DL bar, so can't compare the two, but I think this is a good alternative.

GMWD has really improved their quality since I started buying their products. This piece has high quality vinyl and a smooth resistance curve. The full dial allows you to really adjust things to where you want and there are tons of different pop-pin adjustments to get things exactly how you want them. I love this machine for super setting triceps and biceps since all you have to do it move the pop pin. The band peg is a nice touch in case you're having any issues with the strength curve and the little details like the red pins really make this piece pop. Aluminum pulleys come standard with this as well so no need to upgrade. Obviously this is a luxury piece and not essential, but if you're looking to add a versatile arm machine to your gym, for this price point you can't go wrong (make sure to check sales that GMWD runs frequently to get the best price).

For the price you can't go wrong. This obviously won't replace an adjustable bench, but if already have one and are looking from something for overhead press, triceps extension, or even a bench for cable seated rows, this will check those boxes. It's easy to assemble, has good wheels for moving around, is light but durable, and the vinyl is top tier quality. I don't think there's any other similarly priced utility bench on the market that offers this level of quality and performance. Probably one of the best things Titan has produced.

The downside is that this piece of equipment is designed for only one movement (nordic curls). However, it checks every box if you're looking for something with a small footprint to hammer your hamstrings on leg day. I have an earlier version that couldn't store upright, but I believe this has been remedied with new iterations. The wheels make it easy to cart around my gym and the storage peg on the back provides a nice counterweight so you don't tip the machine over. The vinyl is high quality and grippy which is must for this type of machine. The leg rollers will hold you in place and I've never felt unbalanced using this machine. Given that many competitors in this space take up a lot more room, I would highly recommend this piece for those just starting to build their home gym out or for those that have a small footprint to work with. Nordics are absolutely S tier hamstring developers and there are lots of variations you can use to scale according to your abilities. Before I got a leg extension/leg curl, I was using this machine exclusively for hamstring isolation movements on my lower body days.

Bought this piece because of the functionality and price point. I've since upgraded the pulleys that came with the unit from nylon to aluminum. The nice thing is, the standard build of this unit is just fine and if you're looking to upgrade, the 1 inch holes allow for Titan or other brand attachments. I upgraded the safeties from what came with the unit as well as the aforementioned pulleys and also put on a pair of jammer arms. The result is an all-in one rack that cost a fraction of REP or Rogue. However, it does come with some tradeoffs. The spotter arms that come with the unit are extremely short and while they are adequate for bench press, I'm not sure I would trust them with heavy rack pulls or squats. Also, note that the overall design of the machine makes squatting inside of the rack almost impossible. You'll be extremely close to the pulley system when you're racking or unracking the weight. However, I'm nitpicking. The pulleys are smooth and the system itself is extremely sturdy. If you already have weights and don't mind unracking and racking the weight, I think this is a terrific option. Ritfit gives clear assembly instructions and while it is time consuming to build, it never felt frustrating or overwhelming. Shipping and ordering was also extremely easy. I'd say this is a good introductory piece or supplemental piece if you already have a more robust squat stand from a major brand.

Initial impressions: one beefy boy. Way more sturdy and overbuilt than I expected. It came almost fully assembled which was a huge plus. Wheels aren’t great. Stores upright and the adjustable headrest is a cool feature I can see getting a ton of usage out of. The padding is a slight step down from REP but still quality. Tons of nice details. Won’t be my daily driver for bench press but I’ll be using it for all my accessory stuff.

If you've ever wanted a smith machine for your home gym I can't recommend this piece enough. Lat pulldown and low row both are smooth and you can easily swap out for aluminum pulleys for an even smoother experience. The smith machine isn't the most top tier on the market, but that's a tradeoff you're going to have to make given the price point. There is virtually no knurling to speak of on the bar, and it isn't counterbalanced, so there is a starting weight. However, if you use 3 in 1 on the poles, the smith machine function is smooth and uniform. The safeties work just fine and there is an added pullup bar, landmine attachment, and band pegs. Overall, this is complementary if someone already has a traditional rack and is looking to integrate a smith machine into their routine. It's a viable alternative but keep in mind that it does carry with it a footprint that is almost the same as a power rack, so you will need ample space. Using some DIY, I was able to rig this system to support a homemade belt squat. So there's a huge degree of versatility here for an affordable price point. For the price, it's well built, but just don't expect Rep or Rogue like build quality.
