I am reviewing the colored version but they're essentially the same thing as the chrome. Mine were surprisingly accurate across all plates but one. My only complaint is that the numbers are printed on so they are starting to rub off from friction after only 2 months of use. I just bought a set of Rep fractional plates since theirs have the numbers casted/etched into them.

This is one of the few things from FBBC that I was meh on. The 6" height is perfect for me since I am a little guy, but they are $50 a piece and came spray painted instead of with powder coat. So obviously the paint scratched off immediately. At that point just send bare steel, ya know?

It's a slick ball attached to a plastic plate. It takes chalk well and is 40 mm like the original Otevoima Finnish Ball, and unlike the 38 mm Arm Assassin version.

The flange makes this a particularly challenging implement compared to other spherical grip implements. It's pretty fun but ultimately it is a slick ball... that you grab.

Deceptively heavy at around 7 lbs, this has been one of the more interesting additions to my gym. At $120 not including shipping it leaves a little to be desired regarding one's wallet.

Anyone looking to lift the Inch must own one of these. Other than the Inch itself, there isn't anything I have found that can replicate its rotational force. This one is of great quality like everything from Arm Assassin.

Probably the most humbling piece of equipment I own. I won't use it very much unless it shows up in a grip comp, but it's a fun novelty item and dirt cheap.

It's a hub. There really isn't much else to say about it. It's pretty hard to mess up something this basic. I do wish AASS mentioned on their site the correct size for hub lifting 45 lb plates. I had to guess and I was wrong, so mine is a bit smaller.
