This is probably the most awkward thing I have ever handled. Trying to get it from my car to my basement was essentially an act of god. I really like that Slater's Inch has the Thomas Inch Replica casted on it. That's a really nice touch. Now, back to training so I can actually pick this up one day before I die.

Hands down the best value SSB on the market. Super sturdy, the padding is thick, and the angle is just right. That said, it's heavy. I want to say it's around 3,000 lbs. Something like that.

Not having to lug my 70 lb SSB in and out of the rack makes my life 1000x easier. This thing is simple, high quality, and very convenient. I love it.

This is my "do everything" bar. It was cheaper than the Ohio Power Bar and of better quality than comparable bars on the market at the time. Rep has since discontinued it and replaced it with their Rocky Mountain theme bar (i.e., Black Diamond). I would love to get their newest stuff but this bar scratches just about every itch.

Probably the best bang for your buck trap bar on the market. I even tried this while I still owned my Kabuki trap bar and ended up selling that for this. The only issue I have is it is very unwieldy.

Without a doubt the best grippers you can buy. I love my IronMind grippers but these have incredible knurling and less weight variability per gripper than IronMind. They also just so happen to fit the groove between IronMind grippers so it doesn't have to be an either/or situation. Great grippers from a great company.

It's built like a tank but that also means it's heavy and awkward as hell to move around. On my PR-4000 rack I have to use the finesse of a sledgehammer to get the pin in the hole and it will almost certainly scratch your rack. The pad, vinyl, and actual build quality are great but I would not buy this again. If you have the space to put this on your rack and never move it then I would absolutely recommend it. If you will be taking it on and off every time you use it, look elsewhere.

For wrist curls this thing feels great. Not so much for reverse wrist curls/wrist extensions. I can do about 60 lb wrist extensions using an EZ curl bar but I can barely do 10 lbs using this. A little more time could have been spent on the design to help maximize the resistance profile and ergonomics of both movements. I am probably being a little harsh on this but they did steal this design from GripBoard, albeit the guy who invented this no longer makes the device.
