I have the entire IronMind Captains of Crush set. They are the quintessential grippers for a reason. High quality, bomb proof, and tried & true. Comparatively speaking, Cannon PowerWorks Standard Grippers take everything about the IM CoC grippers and make them better. There is a place for both grippers in your collection but if I had to pick one over the other it would be CPW Standard grippers every day.

Simple, affordable, and humbling. This is essential for training to hub lift a 45 lb plate.

I am overall happy with this, especially for the price, but a few things almost drove me to madness. The assembly process was mostly fine except for everything under the seat. You have to assemble that big hoobajoob and then "slide" it under the seat. The problem is it is so tight, and the bearings are angled, that it scratches the hell out of the power coat. So that was frustrating. It would also be nice if the back pad adjusted. I must have short femurs because that is a recurring theme with me. Other than that, the actual function of the machine is great.

I'm not sure how I did bent over rows before this without losing my mind. Also works great for CGBP. The welds are a little sketchy but I am also not a welder so what do I know?

This is one of those "it does what you need it to do" pieces of equipment. Storage options are at best limited but it otherwise gets the job done.

I had this and sold it. For $200 it is very tough to beat but there are a few minor adjustments GMWD could make to really put this into its own league. The back pad should be adjustable, i.e., able to slide forward and back. I had to put a yoga block behind my back since I am not 6'8". The length of the handles should be adjustable. The motion felt more "out" than down. The paddles and their ability to flip in and out is a fantastic idea and works really well in execution.

Surprisingly robust. I believe this is one of the first machines Titan put out after they started to get more focused on quality and it shows with this piece. Like others have mentioned, it is super narrow which is great for small spaces. My only real gripe is using the low requires sitting on the ground which kind of sucks, but I knew that before purchasing so I won't dock them for it. One thing to note is the corners of the footplate extremely sharp. Like, "if you bump into you might be going to the hospital" sharp. Taping some foam to the corners will help mitigate that but it will look janky.

A fair portion of my gym is from Arm Assassin. I love Luke's products and this is no exception. I have the 3x4 version and with my smaller hands it is... tough. I knocked a star off due to the sleeve being slightly smaller than normal olympic sleeves making it challenging to find a collar that actually works for it. Out of the dozen sets of collars I have the pair that work are the Kleppi, which are my least favorite.
