My wife got me this, at first I didn't love it. Once I started using straps with it, it became my favorite lat pulldown attachment. Its hard to articulate, but when I use this I feel my lats in a way I just don't with the normal lat pulldowns. I get such a specific pump and mind muscle connection.

My main complaint on these is I use them on a metric rack so I can't line up the hitch pin. Makes it annoying to use a cambered bar in, but rogue designed them for their racks and I'm using it outside that use case.

My kettlebells are different than the stock photos or the other reviews. I have a pair of the 36kg and they are powder coated (including handle) VF style bell (with the forearm divots) and a 33mm handle. I bought them on clearance for less than $1/pound shipped and they're great for that. Do I love the VF style and powder coated handle? No. But for the price difference I would spend to get a normal bell shape and a bare steel handle, these function perfectly fine.

My wife bought this for me out of the blue, which was a bit of a surprise but I love it. I had tried various "smaller footprint" rowing home gym pieces and hated them, always missing the T-Bar row from commercial gyms. This has become a mainstay of mine. Taking it on and off a metric rack is a bit of pain, but not enough to dissuade me from use. I think with how I have it dialed in now with the Exponent Edge Kickstand, feels as good if not better than a commercial T-Bar row that I don't have space for.

I got one used for $300, so for that money and for a home gym it is an absolute steal. I enjoy the pad placement and it has become a key accessory of mine.

My four stars on build quality might not be fair, because these are designed to be used on Pro Kettlebells and I use them on normal comp kettlebells. On a normal comp kettlebell, they will slip on the bottom, especially as you put them down. They are fine during the movement so its not a big deal. On a normal comp kettlebell, they do extend the length of the kettlebell (especially the 2kg) and that leverage changes the movement pretty drastically. But, if you are wanting to micro load kettlebells there are no better options.

This is the most needed upgrade for any IM dumbbells. Just really balances the distribution on them.

I have a 6 post Giant rack and really like it for the centerpiece of my homegym. The 42" being between Rep and Rogue kind of sucks, but for the most part Giant has put out enough attachments for it to not matter. It came palletized and in good shape.
