I bought this with the axle bar on special, like I said in the axle bar review amazing packaging for a barbell. I really like this for french pressing and use it for that more than curling.

Beautiful plates. I moved from bumpers to these and didn't realize how much louder they would be overall, which has been a bit of a stressor with the wife. Her exact quote was "You bought these so it would sound like you're lifting more". Which, it does sound like you're lifting more lol

If you only buy one attachment for your Iron Master bench, it should be this one. Makes your bench far more versatile than the majority out there. The amount of decline you can get with it puts all other FIDs to shame.

Value is a bit of a struggle for this one. I bought mine used for $300 and it had a PM3, broken shock cord and bad seat rollers. $300 later and EXTREMELY easy replacements, I had a like new machine with a PM5. This is the sort of company we should all strive to support, where they support all the way down to Gen 1 and cheaply. I joke, but also believe, you could build a rower for cheaper on their parts market than new. I briefly owned an Assault Rower but had such a struggle with replacing that shock cord that I sold it. The ecosystem with the PM5 and ergdata is also incredible, just robust and works. Mine has changed my life. While there will always be other factors, such as diet, running Pete Plan Beginner 3-4 days a week I managed to lose 40 pounds and get off of blood pressure medication. This is truly one of the best pieces of equipment for a homegym. I also owned a BikeErg but never clicked with it like I did the rower.

Amazing hollow bells. These are the gold standard and its saddening that they're gone. I have a pair of 32s and the handles are the best of my collection. If you can find these used and want to dabble in kettlebells, they're worth the spend.

I have an eBay version of this, same thing. Chest Expander is something that sounds gimmicky, but is actually a really useful tool. I have slowly worked my way up to 7 springs for my work sets and my posture is noticeably improved and my rear delts/traps are popping. I have 44 pound springs (from eBay) on order to continue progression.
