I prefer this over the RH-2. It is well built like all Rogue products. It’s big so you need space to accommodate it in a home gym. Other than that, it’s a good reverse hyper - stable, comfortable pad, and it’s tall so at 6’5” I can use it without issue.

I started doing rice bucket workouts in college to increase my hand, wrist and forearm strength for martial arts and rock climbing. It’s cheap and very effective. Just remember to follow the principles of progressive overload as you would any other training or you’ll get tendinopathy.

My dogs keep chasing the curl bar fairy away and I can’t bring myself to spend money on an ez curl bar unless it can do something else. So, I bought this because I liked that I could use it with the Voltra as well as for normal ez curl bar movements. It turns out it’s also semi-rackable which is super convenient. And when you put collar on it, it’ll stay put in your j cups. The only thing I don’t love about it is the fat diameter. I’ve got big hands and can wrap my fingers around the bar so it works, but I’d prefer if were a regular diameter. If you don’t have big hands or want to use this for high rep hypertrophy work, you’re gonna want to use grips.

These are made well - I like the strap, the built-in clip and the feel of the handle. But I’d prefer a steel or aluminum handle for the price, because they are expensive for what is literally just a basic d handle. And I really don’t like that the handle is so hard to adjust on the strap. Save your money and skip the bundles from Beyond Power. Just buy a d handle you like or bring your own, and buy a Darko quick mount.

These feel the same as any Sorinex or Rogue urethane hex dumbbells in my opinion, just with a smaller price tag. They may not look as nice, but they work. I bought a pair of 15s a long time ago at the Navy Exchange and they’ve held up great. The only damage was from me using one as an improvised mallet.
