Not too soft, not too bouncy, just right. Worth it.

Not a bad plate overall. The 45's and 25's look and feel great, but the 10's and 5's feel like an odd size to me.

The M1 Selectorized Functional Trainer offers great performance overall. The adjustments could be smoother, but the dual 250‑lb stacks are a big plus. It also has great built‑in storage, an ideal pull‑up bar height, and multiple grip options for pull‑ups.

The Arsenal Strength Pec Fly/Rear Delt machine runs smooth with a 300‑lb stack and excellent adjustability, especially for pec fly starting positions. A spring‑loaded seat adjustment would be a nice upgrade, but overall it’s a great piece of equipment, just comes with that typical Arsenal price tag.

The Arsenal Strength Decline Bench has great build quality and great adjustment variety, but it’s not without flaws. I wish the leg rollers were a bit wider, and the handle feels designed more for moving than for getting on and off. The wheels make portability awkward, you’ve got to tip it nearly vertical to roll it. Overall, it’s an overpriced but nicely functional decline bench, just don’t plan on moving it much.
