Not too soft, not too bouncy, just right. Worth it.

Not a bad plate overall. The 45's and 25's look and feel great, but the 10's and 5's feel like an odd size to me.

The M1 Selectorized Functional Trainer offers great performance overall. The adjustments could be smoother, but the dual 250‑lb stacks are a big plus. It also has great built‑in storage, an ideal pull‑up bar height, and multiple grip options for pull‑ups.

The Arsenal Strength Pec Fly/Rear Delt machine runs smooth with a 300‑lb stack and excellent adjustability, especially for pec fly starting positions. A spring‑loaded seat adjustment would be a nice upgrade, but overall it’s a great piece of equipment, just comes with that typical Arsenal price tag.

The Arsenal Strength Decline Bench has great build quality and great adjustment variety, but it’s not without flaws. I wish the leg rollers were a bit wider, and the handle feels designed more for moving than for getting on and off. The wheels make portability awkward, you’ve got to tip it nearly vertical to roll it. Overall, it’s an overpriced but nicely functional decline bench, just don’t plan on moving it much.

Arsenal Strength never misses on build quality, but your wallet definitely feels it. The Reloaded Standing Chest Press is solid, smooth, and a great variation for chest days. The grip options are a nice touch, giving a little more variety to the movement. It’s not the best fit for shorter lifters, but for a first-version of this machine, Arsenal did good.

The Arsenal Strength 45-Degree Back Extension gets the job done and has great build quality. However, the adjustment mechanism isn’t very smooth, which makes adjusting a bit frustrating. Overall, it’s a durable, well-made piece of equipment, but overpriced for a 45 degree back extension.

The Arsenal Strength Smith Machine is rock solid. The build quality’s top-notch, and the bar glides super smooth. The solid bar is a nice touch, Coop says it’s a Texas Power Bar, even though that’s never mentioned anywhere I’ve seen. The knurling is a bit on the passive side, but overall, it does exactly what it’s supposed to without any unnecessary extras.
