Works great for strongman and other movements, such as sandbag loading, power stair, etc. The price isn't that great, but the utility is actually pretty higher. It helps that it has 1" and 5/8" holes, so it's versatile there too.

I think these are great rings. Plus, my kid loves using them, so they automatically get 5 stars.

For the price, I think it would be hard to beat this power pin. Additional information as of 2026-03-13: I have used this for duck walks, power stairs, and heavy swings. I got up to around 380lbs loaded, but I did have to carefully and strategically pick my thinnest plates. So if you have too thick of plates, you may be weight limited. The structural integrity, however, has handled everything so far. I stand by initial but short review. Maybe the only fix could be to somehow allow slightly more vertical space, but it's pretty hard without making it too large in general.

I like this bench. The back pad is long enough that I don't have any issues with avoiding any gap. There are complaints about the pad being the worst in the game, but I guess if you haven't tried the "best" pads (like me), you might not notice. I do like the pad and the vinyl as it's easy to clean. I do wish they had UHMW on the ladder. It is expensive, but it's super stable when using it.

I've had these for over a decade at this point, and they only recently started showing signs of age. I do admit, however, that I wasn't the nicest to them before having a home gym, so the fact that they've lasted this long with almost no issues is a testament to their quality.

Works great for the Quick-Lock dumbbells. It's a bit expensive, but I have no actual complaints performance wise.

For the weights of dumbbells you can get along with the durability (I feel like I can drop these from whatever height, not that I do though), the price is pretty much unbeatable. They are quick-lock but not quick change, so if you do a lot of dumbbell work each day with various weights, you will likely get annoyed quickly (spend some money on the Reppins then). However, if you're using dumbbells for one or two exercises per training session, they are absolutely fine with changing weights. Plus, with their size, they are often shorter then lots of traditional dumbbells which helps with a lot of exercises to increase range of motion.

They work fine, but they're just too big, especially at the lower weights. I also do not trust them to survive more than a few inch drop. I have had mine for over 4 years, and they were purchased used. They have held up over that time. The new ones may be a bit better in terms of durability and size, but I think you can get better dumbbells for this price, even at this size. They are fairly quick to change weights though.
