A single arm pressing attachment for a landmine. I bought this to help train for a esoteric strongman event at a competition I go to yearly even though the pressing event itself probably won't be around much longer in its current form. However, this is an okay handle to use for pressing if you don't want to hold on to the barbell directly. Stick with the 1.9" diameter. A 1.3" diameter exists, but it will feel worse for pressing. Additionally, although there is not explicit weight limit mentioned, it's definitely at most 400 lbs when I tried to use it to simulate a one arm deadlift. The tightening pin will fail before any actual welds do, especially if you tighten if from the bottom. However, I did buy a second one to replace my broken one because it wasn't really that expensive if it's on sale.
Update: after receiving my second handle, I had to file the hole because the screw wouldn't fit all the way. I was able to do it, but I needed to reduce the build quality rating by one star.
