Great log and can take a beating, but at this price, it's hard to recommend for a home gym. However, if you have the money and want to buy a high quality log, you will likely will not be disappointed with this one. It does have a higher starting weight, so you have to already be strong on the log to use this.

I've never lifted the actual dinnie stones, but I imagine they still hurt as much as these do. Good replicas but they're really only good for one thing, so the value can't be that great.

These are perfectly adequate bumper plates, and but they're a bit more expensive than other options (like the Fringe Sport Savage Bumpers). They seem to hold up well over time, even in a commercial gym setting, so you're not going to be disappointed in their quality. For a home gym, however, they may not make sense for value unless you can get them with Rogue's hundo pricing.

I've only used these in gyms, but they've always been in fairly decent condition for how much they've been used. For a specialized tool, they're okay in their value. You won't be using these all that often, and you might be easier to justify buying or building some deadlift blocks to get the same height of these, but one big benefit of the the Wagon Wheels is that it's much easier to load plates on them. Another benefit is that they look cooler than deadlifting off of blocks.

An average performing safety squat bar for a fairly expensive price. It's heavy and can be unwieldy, so if you're not storing this in your rack somehow, you're going to fine reasons as to why you don't want to use it. Plus, compared to other SSBs, the balance always felt a bit off, so it could be the reason I don't like safety squats as I haven't done one since I sold this bar.

Just like the Rogue Abram GHD, this Reverse Hyper does not have any faults except for the space and money that it requires. Whenever I've used it for reverse hypers, it's felt great (then again, it's hard to make a really bad reverse hyper), but it's hard to recommend this for any home gym unless you really want reverse hypers. I would recommend a GHD/Reverse hyper combo machine even if you aren't going to use the GHD portion for GHRs. At least you can get dual use out of the same floor space with another piece of capability.

I'm picky when it comes to GHDs because my quads can hurt quite a bit if the pads aren't right. For example, my Titan GHD/Reverse Hyper combo hurt my quads bad enough that I basically never used a the GHD except for some sit-ups. The Rogue Abram GHD, however, has always felt great on my legs. If I had space and wanted a GHD to do sit-ups and GHRs, I would opt for this one; however, for a home gym, it's hard to recommend unless space and money are not an issue.

The AssaultBike had an edge on Rogue in timing, but it seems like they failed to capture the market. It's fine, and it's hard to find fault with it until you try the Echo bike. The AssaultBike is just a bit looser everywhere and the quality is just a bit worse than Rogue's pretty much everywhere, which is not surprising given the price difference. If you're already spending $800 on an air bike, spend the extra $150 to get the Rogue Echo Bike. However, if you manage to spot one of these used for a good price, then you won't be disappointed (and you're much more likely to get a good deal on this than a used Echo Bike).
