I know there’s quite a bit of competition in this space but this one is the best of them. The switch between fixed and rotating is lovely and doesn’t impact functionality. Super well made and thoughtful piece of equipment that became a favorite very quick. I only subtracted one star for value because the same job can be done for less money with competing attachments. Extra quality is there if you want to pay the premium and support small business.

simple and awesome j cup. Fits snug on my rack and doesn’t wobble.

Center piece of my 10x11 Bedroom Gym that serves as a rock-solid solution to small gym functionality. It’s a pleasure to use, but the half-rack form factor needs good workout planning to reduce setup time. Analog (for those of us who aren’t crazy about e-stacks) and will last a lifetime.

Coming from a Rogue 3.0 bench that was a pain in the ass to move around, I wasn’t hopeful about this bench, but it turns out the weight distribution is much better! Female perspective and the weight has my stamp of approval. It’s a lovely bench, the pad is amazing. It’s a 12” super grippy pad. I would buy it again, but I would never choose the Satin Clear color again. I have a Satin Clear rack that I wanted to match but the metal pieces they use on the manta ray do not look good with the clear coat. Get one of the solid finishes if you are spending this much money and enjoy your beautiful tank of a bench. I have to kill one star for the price, but the engineering that goes into making this bench so sturdy but still weighted so well & excellent placement of UHMW on the adjustment ladder makes up for it.

In a sea of assistance squat bars that are made too wide for the female frame, this bar is the perfect weight and size. Most SSBs overbuilt for the goals of the tool, which is purchased by people struggling with a standard barbell, rehab, front squats, hatfield squats and walking lunges. (But certainly not limited to this) IMO the Lite (2.0) is the ideal version of the Marrs Bar, and the ultimate version of a SSB for most people, but especially female or smaller lifters. Comfortable, maneuverable, and exceptionally functional. Consider its weight capacity, because it’s enough for you, this is a much better version of the bar than its 65lb brother.
