Does it work for dips? Yup. Does the design make it a pain in the ass to store? Yes. Rogue or Titan with the flat top make storage flush against a wall possible, rep changed their design to be different not better.

They work for deadlifting in a pinch if you dont have a jack, mine are currently giving my reverse hyper an angle which in my opinion is a better use.
