Great new cable add on, minimizes wrist fatigue and stress. The extra large handles that rotate freely really emphasize and form arm pump and works out your grip strength. Unfortunately the same extra large handles make it difficult for my wife to use the to grip, if it had the option to lock the rotation, my wife could use as just cupping her hands around the grip. Also this is a pricey cable attachment.

Beautiful design, used primarily for lat pull downs, I have used it for net over landmine rows with handles and it really does work well. I strongly recommend. Wish I got the long bar though.

The 304 stainless steel carabineers are the standard for carabineers, multi-use, durable and easy to use, I strongly recommend them especially if your needs go beyond indoors.

Great clock, previously had the classic Muscle driver clock that was all I needed until it broke. It is over priced, but I had to go for the bigger of the 2 clocks because at the time it was $50 more for 3x bigger clock. It has a USB-C power cord and you have to use the power block it comes with, can not use a regular phone charger. All the features are great but they are also available on cheap third party clocks.

Good quality Bar, knurling is just aggressive enough for me personally. I got the stainless with hard chrome sleeves. For squats and benching it's great, if you take deadlifting seriously, recommend getting a deadlift bar.

After reading some of these reviews, I end off buying a similar off brand roller as part of a FB marketplace bundle deal, thanks for the input fellow reviewers.

Great mono lift, low profile design, nice hard chrome finish on the built-in pin. Included Magpins are also pretty good. My only complaint is I wish they reversed the hook design and had the UHMW in the center and the metal clamps on the outside. Similar to how Griffin made their own sandwich J Cups.

Works well for the most basic and standard J cup you can get. I would say it's pricy but when you start looking into sandwich or roller J cups, these cups seem like a great value.
