Perfect addition to the gym solid, when the bench is stored in the folded position, I've actually used it for standing spider curls.

Great bench, it's the one with the premium molded bench pad, durable and easy to clean and move around in the folded position. Upgraded the pins to magpins and it's an easy setup and breakdown.

Bought this jammer long ago, used it in my apartment, brought it with me to my home and had to make a custom setup to mount it. Upgraded the pull-up bar to stainless steel and this gem remains a center point of my training.

Honestly, if it's cast iron, you can't go wrong, the difference is so minor. They all have powder coat that flakes off after heavy use and they all get rusty over time. Invest in chalk.

A lot more sturdy and solid than I initially imagined, they are light and easy to store. I primarily use them for pushups and planks

Just like any other medicine ball I've used, Dynamax, Rage or Gopher. Primarily used for sit-ups leg raises and push-ups.

Initially installed to hold additional magpins, but they are more useful to store extra loading pins. Good built, could have included an additional (2) 1" holes at the bottom.

Basic rings, stained the rings to better match the other wood stain trim in my gym, thinking about switching to the competition straps for easier adjustments.
