This sweet FB marketplace find was worth the painstaking effort it took to dismantle, pack in my SUV drag into the basement and reassemble it. Seriously though, I've used the assault runner, air runner tru grit runner and techno gym runner. They really aren't that different from each other, the techno gym offers more features, the assault wAs probably the smoothest, but the Woodway Rogue LTG by far has the best monitor. For what it sells for it's a good deal, for what I paid for mine it's an amazing deal.

Typical white label hex dumbbells, I was lucky enough to find these at a gym going of business. They are on par with other hex dumbbells, but I did get them with the intention of dropping them frequently so the have met my needs. My wife doesn't see the need to place them readable and uniformed with the other dumbbells.

Very expensive, I would never buy these at full price, they are beautiful and designed and intended for competitions. I feel like need to host a weight lifting meet to justify the purchase. The most unnecessary FB marketplace purchases I've ever made.

Stainless steel, the wide grips work for me, the semi cone shape contours perfectly in my hands, I can easily do arm raises with open palms so I don't over tax my grip.

Good wrench, but a better bottle opener, only works for 5/8" bolts so it is limited, the flat design does make it easy to pocket it, ideal for bartenders.

Good attachment for the Shorty bar, I've only used them for lat pull downs and landmines. Need to explore other possible uses for them.

Light weight, but I wish they were aluminum, like the Force USA collars. Also I have put them on with one hand, but need two hands to remove them.

I have the V1, single set of handles, no high, low. Color, build are good, sleek design. If I didn't buy for cheap on FB marketplace, I would say its not worth the initial asking price.
