I like it but really wish I liked it more. Only outer handles add ROM. I wish the handles that were one spot over were moved outward and gave extra ROM instead

Great to extend your ROM and stretching, compact, easy to store.

I have no idea why these aren't talked about more often. If you don't plan on dropping your weights, they're fantastic. So many increments for progressive overload, easy to adjust, looks great, and pretty compact.

Goodbye cable tension and twisting. Worth every penny.

I've really enjoyed these. Gamechanger for lat pulldowns. My one con is it makes getting a full stretch on low rows a little more difficult.
