Picked one up on marketplace and was surprised with its capability. I have loaded it with much heavier weight than its specs out at and it worked well. Unfortunately, it requires a lot of weight and high reps to get the training effect.

I purchased the lat saw bar along with some dynamite sticks several years ago for tricep pushdowns. Getting the sticks onto the bar was a little tricky, but once on, it became my weekly driver for tricep accessories.

This thing is built like a tank, but do you need a tank? I have used this for several years and moving it around at ~80 pounds is a workout in itself. If you have a dedicated location for box squatting, I recommend it. I recently purchased an Elitefts Squat Box at 6 pounds. and it is more than strong enough to handle any box squats that I will be doing at my home gym. It's not a task to move it out of the way once you are complete.

Bought as a stand-alone and added pieces of Rogue/Rep racks as well as a Surplus Strength pulley system. Need to be careful when mixing Rogue/Rep as widths are different. A bit pricey for just belt squats, but I use it for a lot of different setups.

I have had this bench for over 10 years, and it has always been solid. I added an Edge Systems Monolift as well as a Fat Pad. Easy to add chains/bands for accommodating resistance.
