Got this because I really wanted the ability to change the seat to a perpendicular mount to fit in my Rogue FM for lat pulls. Glad to find out it was compatible with Rogue as I couldn’t find any info online. I was using a bench and the multi roller for lat pulls and it was a pain in the butt to set up (along with loading the rhino horns). This seat eliminates the bench/roller setup which is nice. The seat is really only good for lat pulls as the leg roller even removed still has the leg holder holder is still there limiting other options. The swivel is nice but there’s no angle adjustments which limits it further. Additionally the seat hinges so far when setup perpendicular that the lat pull down weight will raise the seat when I pull. It’s ok and something I can control my body around but then I just focus on that then my pulls. Wish I could find more use for this. It fixed one problem (previous setup) but added some more problems with the seat raising and having to find space for single use attachment. I got it discounted so relative to other seats this was fairly affordable at least.

Cheap, versatile, easy to use, quiet. Unglamorous tool to use with cable machines to make lifts easier, more effective and/or creative.

LOOK OUT! These things will wear down quick if it gets wrapped around edges and over time in a garage will deteriorate and then SURPRISE! break and slap you in the face. Avoid cheaping out on these even if it’s just for mobility work. The price is not worth the cost of them just breaking and causing literal harm.

This thing is great. Adds rigidity to 4 post racks as a stabilizing crossmember and gets my ABX centered (mostly) which was a huge annoyance I had setting up. There’s actually way more applications for it to use as a dip setup, additional platforms (super expensive), or other ways to use a non-bolted crossmember. Unfortunately it’s heavy that the practicality isn’t there. I want to use it on my smith setup at the front of my rack too but I honestly haven’t just because of the extra setup of moving the member.

Great way to add stability to your rack and awesome rigidity to 4-post racks with the additional Monster prop crossmember or fixed bolted extra cross member. Expensive unless paired with free shipping but often show up on marketplace.

Great gym add to fix the trolley depth issue of the Rogue functional trainer but also the slant board for squats and the platforms for deficit work is great. Takes up little space and easy to move around. Just wish it came with four risers instead of three but other than that these are way more economical than DC blocks or other unstable platforms.

The value here is great with fantastic handles and fluidity. Bi’s and tri’s feel great. Considering everything else, easy add to free shipping.

This was an additional item I purchased when I originally purchased the BOB. I bought a second RM rack and wanted additional support and places for attachment points so this made a lot sense for me. Installed easy as the BOB rail goes straight in. Wish they could have incorporated lower depth somehow with this versus the regular brackets and mounting holes. Fits with the Rogue RM but when torque does angle upward slightly which drive me nuts but it does add stability to the front. Very expensive relative to other higher quality options but it integrating is nice but is a waste for the cost without the BOB and just get Rogue or Rep feet.
