Setup took about ~16hours building this by myself with 24” depth due to overhead garage motor. Love the cable feel of the Indy stack and the Rhino. Built like a tank to the point that if assembly steps are missed, have fun starting over.
The rhino trolley squeaks and even after a lot of adjustments still doesn’t roll equally. Lots of versatility. Belt/cable in certain positions will destroy your thighs and the safety can get really annoying to setup.
Low row and lat pull down feel great but with the safety setup can be annoying and installing the low row cable to pulley is sketchy even without weight then because of it limits your ability to superset.
Those cons are minor against the biggest, you can’t incline bench in the rack due to the rhino platform. You have to use the front uprights that with the cable trolleys and safety straps is insanely annoying that I ended up buying another rack entirely because of this.
Tons of versatility in a compact space but due to the cost the value isn’t there to not have an ability to incline.
What this system does do, is fantastic and performs well in an incredibly small space.
