Overall a solid piece and I’m happy with the purchase. Some may find it a little clunky/cumbersome. It’s great for T Bar rows using my landmine, even works great as a jack to put the weights on the bar before using. And of course it can be used for cable rows and lay pulls. Good knurling, pricing is ok. Would recommend!

I bought this on a whim and I have to say it’s probably my favorite attachment for triceps to date. So easy on my joints, the knurling is fantastic and the build quality is there. Would for sure recommend and for Rogue the pricing is really good!

The certification was mostly simple. Some of the positions I was to pose in were tough just due to my own flexibility issues. 10/10 would recommend getting certified.

I’m not the craziest kettlebell user, I like them for circuits and burn out sessions to end my workouts. With that in mind I feel this is the perfect adjustable kettlebell for my purposes. It takes up very minimal space and the starting and end weights are great. The pin has never been an issue (as reported by some of the online reviews), for me at least. It makes changing weights super fast and easy. Occasionally when reseating the kettlebell I have to give a slight back and forth wiggle to get it properly placed. The unit itself is cast iron but it is thin-ish so don’t go throwing it into concrete. 10/10 would recommend this kettlebell.

These do the job, they’re durable and obviously pair nicely with the PRx Profile Pro Rack, however I’d recommend them for any rack using 5/8 holes. My one issue is I wish they were just a tad longer for my squats. Besides that they have kept me alive (so far).

If you’re tight on space but need a deadlift jack this is the tool you didn’t know you were missing. Does the job well and doesn’t break the bank.

Very useful as I have very little space for storage. This gets these dumbbells up off of the ground and gives a decent storage for cable attachments and other accessories in the cart.

As far as jammer arms go these are probably one of the better options. That being said I was able to snag these off market place, I do not think they are worth it new unless jammer arms are something you dream about. The free motion arms help a ton, I only use them for a few exercises: chest press; incline chest press; shrugs. Of course the build quality is great, but with all jammer arms keep in mind moving them up and down the rack can be cumbersome. Their wall mount is certainly a plus for those looking to maximize storage.
