Obviously newer players have come into the game with better build quality BUT this tried and true bike remains what we all know it is. It’s a one way self hatred machine you use to beat yourself up for some reason. It works great, I use it for sprints such as tabatas post workout and it has never failed to make me wish I never used it. 10/10 would recommend. I don’t need to submit a photo we all know what this pics of hell machine is

Great bench, the adjustable head rest really adds a level of much needed versatility when I’m trying to pack as much as I can into one side of a two car garage. Solid, looks sharp, is a little grippy. While I haven’t had it for long I am loving its use so far! It’s easy to move, has an enclosed ladder style with a ton of angle options, and I always like a seat that can angle up high which this does. Very impressed!

Overall a solid belt squat option that stores nicely on the wall. It is pendulum style so it won’t give you the same feel as commercial or a rhino but if you need something that will do the job and takes up very minimal real estate I’d highly recommend this! This checks all the boxes for a landmine unit. Functionally it’s perfect and with the bonus of being able to store a barbell upright you can’t beat it. Worth the price without question.

This is a pretty good functional trainer, the weight plates can sway so you have to be aware of that while using. It’s ok from a value standpoint, PRx has a habit of being a bit higher priced due to being a little niche. The cables are from dialed motion so obviously super smooth and the build quality is excellent. The rack itself is sturdy, I wished they still included a stronger board. For ease of use and actually using this garage for parking it fits my space perfectly.

Great piece, I was actually able to snag off marketplace for $150 but even the price new seems reasonable for home gym equipment. My only knock is the weight tends to push off the weight horns during use and the clips I add on tend to slide off but it’s yet to result in a plate falling off so that’s just a nit pick. I love how it folds up and takes up such little footprint.
