This is a piece that I rarely use for my original use case, which was landmine chest supported rows. The bar attachment “tube” is just too long and takes up too much real estate on the sleeve. They should have found a way to halve and offset this so the implement is over the bar and not the sleeve (if this makes sense). However, this has become one of my favorite attachments for the lat pulldown and cable row. The knurling on the handles is nice and aggressive and it is very customizable. I also love the lightweight aluminum construction.

I use these for 90% of my single arm cable movements. They just hit right on arm day.

I utterly despise the rope pull attachments. This is vastly superior in every way for all those movements. The leather is nice and stiff and the workmanship is perfect. This will last me a lifetime.

Good end to end knurling and spins freely. Bends aren’t particularly steep on this model, so YMMV depending on your joint sensitivities.

Great lat pulldown bar that came with the lat pulldown machine. Nicely knurled nearly end to end. Steel and heavy, so be careful when changing weights on the selectorized version.
