The Abram’s tank of racks. Build quality and powder coating are perfection. Solid as a rock. The 49” width can get a little annoying with certain bars. My only real gripe is that I wish the strap safeties were more easily removable by design. The workaround is that I keep one of the bolts finger tight, but at this price point, I expect a more elegant solution. I keep mine pretty simple, but it is infinitely customizable and maybe, someday, that rhino drop in will be mine.

I’ve got the full 10-125 set. These are definitely a big step up in build quality and durability over most other adjustable dumbbells. The knurling is somewhat aggressive and just right for me. YMMV. I have no hesitation putting these down carelessly (ok…dropping them) after a heavy pressing set. 2.5 lb change plates are not the best system and rattle annoyingly. I’m also not a fan of the adjustment “buttons” that always seem to rub my knuckles. Value rating is vs other adjustables. Vs a rack of fixed dumbbells, it’s an incredible value.

Not too many “as seen on TV” items are this useful. Great ab stimulus with a big stretch. The internal spring is pretty weak and I question the long term durability. But so far, it’s been fine.

The best budget belt squat, period. Next stop, $2k+. I love having the wall mount instead of attaching to the rack. The kickstand is a mandatory addition and the weight horns are needed once you get over 4-5 plates. I use the old upright horn as a handhold and find the felt weight to be 90%+ if you set it to the longest length. The included belt is also quite good, though I often use my Spud instead.

Strategically placed for squat motivation, sometimes you need to be reminded.

The rules need to be clearly displayed in a gym, and there is no more important rule.

This is a beefy, well built piece of gear. Great for bench accessory work. The handles aren’t knurled in any way, so chalk is recommended. It takes a bit of getting used to the balance, but not bad. Lots of versatility and the camber makes for a nice stretch.

This was what I needed to finally get strong. I was lost in the home gym desert until I finally got certified.
