This one's a no-brainer if you plan to use your Ancore on your rack. The strap supplied by Ancore is versatile but better suited for non-traditional mounting options. This mount is solid and fits any mapgin I've tried including the Surplus Strength 1" ones. He was nice enough to make me a matching blue Ancore mount to go with my blue shorty bar.

These handles are beefy. I'm not always the biggest fan of 3D print for grips but this softer TPU material has a nice feel to it and is perfect for this application. Having them positioned on the outsides is a little narrow for lat pulldowns on the shorty bar (I have fairly long arms) but feels amazing for pullovers. They'd work great for lat pulldowns on the Longy Bar.

I got the stainless option so that it wouldn't show scratches with lots of carabiner use. I've had it for a year now and it looks brand new. It's very sturdy and a little on the heavy side, but that's because it's probably twice as thick as my previous cheap amazon version. The quality of construction could not be any better and he even hand delivered it to me at HomeGymcon 25.

Really nice product and the best part is that it’s compact. The hole is oversized for any carabiner. Rolls smoothly and can be used as an abwheel too. I was able to ditch my abwheel after getting this. Overall, love it.

I was skeptical to buy a 3D printed piece of grip equipment at first. After owning and using it for a while I can say that making this device out of anything other than plastic would be overkill, cost more for the end user and not add any real benefit. I was also concerned that a lack of grip on the surfaces your fingers touch would make things slippery but it's a non-issue. With all the force being applied inwards, there's no slipping. If someone wanted to, they could easily add some adhesive backed sand paper, but it's not needed. Overall, it's a simple, very well executed tool. You can tell by the shape and dimensions that the inventor is very well versed in grip tools. Only small drawback is that it does produce kind of a rub/squeak sound when used. It's not super loud, but not the kind of thing you could use while watching tv with the fam. It's unique in that I don't know of anything else that works this type of grip that is easily portable: it's about the size of a can of soup is light weight.
