I had been looking for a pair of roller J-cups that would work well with my REP Ares 2.0, but most of the third-party options I found seemed geared more toward Rogue products, had long wait times, or had inconsistent build quality. Fortunately, I came across Mario posting online about a pair of roller J-cups and commented to ask if they would be restocking soon. Shortly after, we had a quick conversation about the color scheme and ordering process. I waited a few weeks to receive them, but Mario was great about sending progress photos and keeping in touch throughout the process. He certainly did not have to do that, but I really appreciated it. It was also cool to see the J-cups come together step by step. Once they arrived, I was immediately impressed. The photos honestly do not do them justice. The welds and powder coating are excellent, and they look like they belong on the rack. I would say they look OEM, but the closer you inspect them, the more you realize how well-built they actually are. The welds look like they were done by someone with years of fabrication experience, not sloppy or rushed work. The fitment on the REP Fitness uprights is excellent, with very little movement. I also really like the option of adding pins to the back, which helps the bar roll side to side without taking the J-cup with it. I recently received them, so I have not had a chance to fully put them through the gamut yet, but my first impression is extremely positive. If you are looking for roller J-cups that look great, fit well, and feel professionally built, I do not think you will regret getting these.

I bought the Force 6 Fitness 12-inch D-Handle Pull Down Bar for my REP Fitness Rack 2.0 with the Ares attachment, specifically for the low pulley station. My Ares only came with one 2-to-1 bar connector, so I wanted something that would save time and reduce extra wear on the cables. After looking at similar options, this one seemed like the best balance of quality and price. Shipping was quick, and Force 6 Fitness was very responsive. The bar arrived well packaged, felt solid, and had a good amount of weight to it. The holes are well-positioned and fit perfectly with the REP Ares low pulleys. I also like the extra hole options for different setups. The included carabiner is okay, but I would avoid using it with fabric attachments because the teeth could catch and possibly tear the material. My only small gripe is that the powder coating/paint could have been applied more evenly in a few spots, but it is not bad enough that I would return it. Overall, this is a great value compared to other brands, including REP Fitness. It fits my setup well, feels solid, and does exactly what I needed.

I bought these off Facebook Marketplace, so my value rating is probably a little skewed. With that being said, I’ve been wanting to try Mutant Metals handles for a while, so I was pretty excited to finally get my hands on them. My first impression was the knurling. It is aggressive, at least more aggressive than my Ohio Power Bar. I would probably compare it more to a cerakoted Texas Power Bar. The weight of the handles is also noticeable. They feel very solid and well-made. The nuts that come with the handles are also really nice and make them easy to put on and take off the rack. The main reason I wanted these was to use them for dips on my REP Fitness spotter arms. I thought they might help save space, and honestly, they look way cooler than a lot of the other dip options out there. My recommendation: don’t do it unless you’re a smaller or narrower-framed person. The inside length between the front and back end of my spotter arms is about 16 inches, so there isn’t a ton of room if you’re a bit wider. Even being on the narrower side myself, I still didn’t feel like I was getting a full range of motion. They work for me so far, but I could see them being uncomfortable or too tight for the bigger-framed muscle bois and girlies. Overall, the handles themselves are great. They feel heavy-duty, the knurling is solid, and they are easy to install. But if you’re planning to use them for dips on spotter arms, I would recommend either getting slightly longer spotter arms or looking for another dip attachment option.

I bought the Megalith Open D Handles back in late April, and they took about a month to arrive. From what I understand, there was some kind of manufacturing issue, but I’m not holding that against Rorman Strength since that was likely outside of their control. Rory also made it right by sending me a bunch of carabiners, which I really appreciated. Now for the good: these handles are built exceptionally well and will probably outlast me. Everything about them screams quality. They are heavy, have a cool industrial design, and feel more like a custom-made product than something mass produced. The quality and attention to detail are clear right away. The knurling is about medium, maybe a little more aggressive than my stainless steel Ohio Power Bar, but still very usable. There were no assembly instructions included, but I found them pretty intuitive to put together. Function-wise, they are great for a variety of exercises. I especially like using them for push exercises and single-arm lat pulldowns. They feel solid, comfortable, and very secure during use. I also really appreciated the handwritten note and stickers Rory sent along with the handles. I thought that was a nice touch and really reflected the company’s brand and values. Overall, these handles feel incredibly well-made, perform great, and come from a company that clearly cares about its customers.

I recently got these about two or three weeks ago, and I’ve really been enjoying them. I like doing burnout sets on pull-ups, and by the time I get to my third or fourth set, I’ll throw these on the pull-up bar. I’ve noticed that I’m able to get a few more good reps with them, and they also seem to engage my forearms more while giving my grip a bit of a break. As for the actual product, they are made of plastic, but they feel very sturdy and like they’ll last a long time. The price is also reasonable and not too expensive for a quality product. One other thing worth noting is that the company is really good about responding and communicating with customers. They accidentally sent me two left handles, so I emailed them on a weekend evening expecting not to hear back until Monday or Tuesday. Instead, I received a response within about an hour, and they had the correct handle shipped out shortly after. I was honestly blown away by that. It really impressed me and showed how much they care about their customers.

The handles are smooth and have a solid grip. The circumference isn’t bad at all—they don’t feel overly thick, but they still make your hands work a bit, which I actually like. I’ve really enjoyed using them for curls and tricep pressdowns. The only downside is that I have little baby hands, and I still find the handles to be a bit narrow. During certain movements, my knuckles tend to rub against the straps. Making the handle opening slightly longer would make these even better.

This attachment has a really nice feel in hand. The handle diameter hits a good middle ground: not too bulky, but not so thin that it feels cheap or uncomfortable. The knurling adds just the right amount of grip without tearing up your hands. It also has a good amount of weight to it, giving it that “you're just the current owner” feel. I’ve also been impressed with the range of motion I get from it, which makes the movements feel smooth and natural. Overall, it is a solid, well-made attachment that feels like it will hold up for years.

I really like the handle diameter on this bar. It feels comfortable in the hands without being too thick or too thin, and the knurling gives it a secure grip without feeling overly aggressive. The price is a bit high compared to similar straight bars, and it would have been nice if it included a carabiner, but that is honestly just nitpicking.
