Ring training isn't something this big old boy tries, but my sons like rings and would like a set.

I haven't ventured into equipment like this, but I have friends who really enjoy it. Who knows, maybe one day.

I'd love to see if anyone else has any DIY reverse hyper builds.

I have the first model of this bench. If mine ever wears out I'll be switching to the newest model without the front feet.

I built this with all treated lumber from Home Depot and I made it bigger incase my boys wanted to do Olympic lifts. I was going to add a logo, but a year later have never gotten to that. And of coarse horse stall mats.

After trying a couple boxes like this and worrying about flipping and breaking them with my weight I opted to build my own. I have never felt unsafe on my home gym build boxes.

I had this setup for a little while, but didn't like have different size plates around for the space I was using at first. Got rid of these and got a pair of handles from Titan. I store them in my bar holder.

I have only touched these one time, and they felt great. I have these on my wish list and hope to get a pair soon. They receive many positive reviews for adjustable dumbbells. My current pair only goes up to 50 pounds. They are only good if I'm doing high reps for multiple sets.
