This is an interesting attachment and has its uses. I find it works best for lat pulldowns but I’ll use it for mid and low rows as well. I’m not sure it’s worth the price, though the build quality is excellent. Definitely on the bougie side and doesn’t do anything you can’t get done with a more traditional pulldown bar. I wouldn’t buy it again, but it’s cool enough to keep around th gym. I use it a couple of times a month.

All the things have been said, I suppose. I bought these probably 5 years ago along with some Rogue USA Made plates. I prefer the Strength Co for most things. So I don’t use the Rogues too much. The Rogues look beat to shit while the Strength Cos look nearly new. That’s 5 years of near daily use by 3 people. I haven’t come across a better plate.

I've had the Z-Hyper for about 4 years now. I got it used from a gym that was going out of business and it replaced the Westside Scout that I had prior. The thing is an absolute beast. It looked pretty much brand new when I got it used and it just takes all the abuse it wants, still looks brand new. I know lots of people joke about this thing being a table and whatnot, but it seriously corrected over 3 decades of back troubles for me. I'd sooner sell my rack before I parted with this one trick pony. And no, you can't curl with it or do rows. That's just stupid.
