I bought this used and the dude told me that all three pairs of horns would fit bumper plates. By the time I got home, 40 minutes later, and tried to put my 45s on the top, it became clear that this would not fit three levels of 45s. It took me about 4 months to sell the damned thing, and I got almost all of my money back, but I had to figure out storage for a couple of pairs of 45s until I could offload this and buy another tree. Honestly, why bother making something like this? I guess its for a commercial gym and they will have smaller diameter plates at the top, and I ended up with 25s and then 10s, 5's, and 2.5's on the other side. But what a hassle. Don't pick this up if you plan on using it for 45s on each post.

Great product from Gods of Grip, with the typical grippy powder coat they provide, and a true to size 50mm ball to test your grip. I'll likely get larger sizes as my grip strength improves, but this is big enough for me for now.

These were a middle-of-the-road plate for me. I had them during covid and the black rubber showed quick signs of use and abuse. I was able to get my money back and switch out at the time to color Echos, but those two were not the best at hiding scuffs and whatnot. They're a pretty decent value overall but can't see buying these, or the colored ones, or the Flecks over the Savage plates from Fringe at this point, between the quality and price point. Perfectly fine plate, however, if you come across them used and they're in good condition.

These get the job done and I've had them since day one in my gym. The problem is how much they move around when you slacken the band tension to the bar and while its not a big deal, I'd much prefer to have pegs that are magnetic. I missed the opportunity to get them from Fringe when they offered them, but it isn't a big enough deal to replace. I do have a pair that I'm using for my smith machine at the top (to bring down the weight of the bar at the lower settings), which gives a nice little bit of increased feel at the top of a squat or bench. Get magnetic if you can, but the options are pretty pricey now for that.

I’m as straight as they come, but who doesn’t like a little bi-certification, amirite? I certainly didn't have this on my bingo card for 2026. Back when we used to be a proper country our gym certifications came in black and red. But honestly, it’s a horse a piece, ya know?

I got these pre-Covid and pre-Gluckgate. They’re the widest diameter change plates I’ve ever seen in my life, bordering on the absurd. But for all of that, they’re also a really quality product, virgin rubber or whatever it is that they are. I keep them on my RH and have other options I prefer because they are hella tight on my bars.

I had this guy on my wall for years until I got sick of hitting my shin enough times to grab one of these skull chalk bowls off of Etsy. I’ve thought about putting the halo back up higher on the wall and sticking a med ball on it, but haven’t been willing to scope out where to do this yet.

This is a big 5 star for me. I used these in place of the much more expensive TRX system that my PT had while recovering from a serious neck injury. These fit the ticket very well and helped me to train my arms and shoulder to rotate after the injury. I kept them on the rack for a few years and finally put them up as I'm not really using them any more, but man, were they helpful when needed. Good quality straps, same wood rings that you'd find just about anywhere else, and inexpensive.
