Look great, preforms great, Rogue quality some of the nicest plates I own. Have 10 of various weights, weighed them on crane scale and every one was within a gram of listed weight. Lipped edge makes changing easy, and good for grip exercises.

Will survive nuclear strike, Rogue solid. Pricey for hammer curls and presses, no regrets on purchase but probably wouldn't buy again if lost.

Wanna full body burn out, wanna have something you can store when not using, want something that's bulletproof get one. Pricey but worth the money. I use mine on lifting off days for recovery.

For the price you cant do better for a flat bench great pad its a tank.

Great ability to do cable exercises if you have limited space, cannot speak to longevity as I have only had them for a few months, but no problems so far.
