Great tri spoke vintage plates. Especially cool of your name is Ben. Originally produced in Canada and later overseas in China. The hundos are especially cool with their exceptionally deep rim and giant spokes. Good beginner vintage plates.

Absolute BEAUTS. The Canadian Atlas International Olympique plates make a statement with a sleek design, tall volcano hub, rounded edges and sharp lettering. Money well spent.

This piece is exactly why I love Gym Radar so much. When I was in the market for a back extension I really wanted a combo piece such as this one. Unfortunately I was hard pressed to find any sort of review for this machine. I took a chance and spent the cash and it was a great decision. I wish it had a longer range of motion at the top end of the row but other than that it’s a solid piece that has earned its place in my garage gym.

She ain’t one of those fancy functional trainer racks but maaaan you could hit this thing with your car and you wouldn’t even knock the plates off the storage pegs. Solid as a mountain, great for heavy lifting, against bands, bands helping from the top, rack pulls, pull up grip variations. A great bang for your buck from one of the best companies in the game.

Originally bought these at a powerlifting meet because my friend was sitting on them for too long. Guy gave me a good deal and i needed a pair to replace the good ole tire we were dropping the log on.

Very versatile bag. Fun for warmups, transitioning from rows, swings, front squats, weighing down the combo rack when benching against bands, etc. These bad boys do it all and are a nice size, shape and weight for those who might not be comfortable with the 100lb regular bag.

Really the same reviews as the regular bags. High quality bag, great Velcro and the ability to take a beating. One time i threw this bag and it hit one of my trees. It knocked the entire tree down. Three different squirrel families were displaced that day.
