Its a good attachment just nothing special so I dont use it much anymore.

It feels good for certain row exercises and allows for slightly more range of motion.

Never use it my son just pushes it around the gym to be honest.

My son loves using this while he works out with me.

Great for hanging up and putting straps and other items in.

It was an okay bike never really used it just didnt fit my routine.

These are fantastic for hanging cable attachments on racks and cable stacks.

I use it for a diy hip thrust machine on my lever arms.
