Obviously fits the rep utility seat well enough but the bolt holes don’t line up to secure it. Picked it up on sale for 80 bucks and that’s probably appropriate for what it is.

Picked this up for seal rows, box jumps, split squats, and….a seat. A bit heavy but not anything wild, we’re in the business of lifting heavy things after all. Not too cumbersome to move with the built in handles. The included adhesive strip to protect your barbells is junk, don’t waste your time applying, it will fall off. (As seen in photo) I also got the matching pad, and the holes don’t line up to bolt it in. Not sure if the issue is with the seat or the pad.

Very low profile at a budget cost. I was looking for a set of spotter arms to use with my utility seat and these dropped at the perfect time. They are pretty tight on my Rogue rack, taking a little force and wiggle to lock into place but mount up tight when the magpin is in place. I deducted stars because these have what seems to be a common issue at launch of the side holes being drilled too small, which may or may not present a problem for you depending on intended usage. The only problem for me is I can’t use pins to lock my Rep utility seat in place for box jumps. Once they get that sorted it’s a solid solution, especially for those with the Rep seat as it fits almost perfectly with no wasted space.

This has been the go to for face pulls, the length is perfect for my setup and the material is surprisingly soft for how thick and durable it feels. Gave it a ding for price because at the end of the day, it’s just a bit of stitched nylon.

Sold this after about 6 months of use (or lack thereof). I couldn’t seem to make it work for me to get into a solid position for full ROM. A one trick pony that takes up a decent amount of real estate on or off rack, especially if you have a smaller gym.

Gonna give this 5 stars all around after buying it on sale for $99. I tried this out at HGC and really liked the stretch and ROM you can achieve with this vs a piece of 2x4 that I’ve used previously. I bought this without the U-cups to try it out, so far with standard rogue j cups I can glide the bar along the jcup, although there is some drag. I think the trick may be to just use a bar that doesn’t have as aggressive of a knurl.

Not a bad mini bar, especially for the price. I picked this up since I’m an idiot and have a 6 post tack and a west side bench in my 1 stall garage and could use the space it frees up. Knurling is just ok, sleeves are very ribbed which I’m not a fan of.

Definitely a lesser owned product, I debated on this for months trying to look out for reviews. I don’t do a ton of isometric cable work so this is a solid package for a good range of exercises that mounts inside the rack. Obviously it excels at lat pull downs and low rows, but I also use it for tricep push downs, lying face pulls, lat raises, and bicep curls. With the fixed carabiner locations, daisy chains come in handy on this unit.
