I was tipped off when this bar was mega cheap. Even so my knurling is very passive. Some said their is great so much be batching inconsistency. The end cap is sick and I mean the name is epic. The bar itself ....eh...

I got this thing for under 200.00 on Amazon and it is super smooth and while imported and generic fits on my Rogue Monster perfectly. I have a fixed Texas Power Bar on it as a budget smith machine. This is like a super budget VTS. It uses the j cups to latch and goes up and down smoothly.

This is a quirky attachment that came with my used Monster rack. I've hung a heavy bag and Olympic rings on it. Right now I'm just using it to store some vintage plates above my storage. Not a must buy but a cool piece to have.
