Purchased the Rogue USA Aluminum Collars in June 2020. I presently own several high quality barbell collars and these are hands down some of the best on the market. They provide more than adequate clamping power to secure plates to the bar and have proven to be extremely durable. Priced at $45.00 at the time of this review these barbell collars are a no-brainer.

Is it a Glute Ham Developer (GHD) or a Glute Ham Raise (GHR)? Regardless, this is a terrific machine well worth its asking price. Made with a heavy duty steel frame the build quality is excellent and is easily adjustable for nearly any body type. It does have a larger footprint but if you have the space I would recommend the Rogue Abram GHD 2.0 to anyone wanting to strengthen there lower posterior chain. Moreover, if you experience any lower back pain or discomfort this machine can be a great accessory exercise for any training program.

Purchased the elitefts Shoulder Saver after sustaining a left shoulder labrum tear. I had difficulty attaching the pad to my 29MM Rogue Ohio Power Bar without damaging the vinyl cover. This item is priced well but it's durability is questionable. I would consider other alternatives on the market if you are rehabilitating an injury or wish to simulate traditional board presses.

Purchased the Kleva Built Genesis Jack 2.0 in April 2021. This deadlift jack saw regular use in my home gym until I purchased the Kleva Built Genesis Jack Pro in November 2021. It still gets occasional use when setting up for landmine rows and the occasional CrossFit workout. It is well built, light weight and performs as expected. It may be the best single sided deadlift jack on the market and is a significant upgrade from The Dead Wedge or utilizing change plates to load/unload heavy deadlifts.

Purchased numerous AbMat Barbell Pillows to protect the sleeves of my barbells while storing vertically and during training. Presently, I have outfitted a Rogue Monster Lite/Infinity Horizontal Mount Single Bar Holder, a Kleva Built Adroit Landmine and two Bells of Steel 5 Bar Holder’s. These AbMat Barbell Pillows are inexpensive and a must for anyone looking to add additional protection to the sleeve of any standard/speciality barbell.
