I originally bought this plate carrier with 20lb plates before I realized I wasn't that guy. So if you're planning on getting 20s, make sure you're strong like bull, or that you can tolerate a lot of shoulder discomfort after 30+ minutes. The 10lb plates ended up being much more reasonable.
I don't have any issues with the carrier itself. It seems really well built and it's comfortable enough to wear. The problem is me: I just don't use it very much. So think hard about the use case where you'd actually wear this, and make sure you can see it getting used, so it doesn't sit on a hanger most of the year like mine.
