There are a million adjustable benches out there but if you're looking at USA made options I think this one is the best. I don't have any attachments for this bench (other than the optional kit to make the bench stand up), but the ease of moving it around and the ability to take off the headrest for various movements makes it top notch. One caveat, I also have a flat bench, which I still prefer for flat movements. So if you're looking for only one bench, maybe an offering from Rogue makes more sense but for my gym application I couldn't be happier with the Shorty.

I have a small space and need to make sure everything is off the ground. This bracket does exactly that, keeping my awkward Rogue Monster Lite spotters nice and tidy against the wall. Since this bracket fits both 5/8 and 1" pins, the fit isn't quite as polished as it could be, but it still works well enough.
