Straight 3’s across the board for me. I WANTED to love this bar. And at first I thought we were unlucky. But around 600 lbs it started getting VERY goofy, and as weight went up so did oscillation, bend, etc. I then saw one in use at a competition at a local gym and the pool noodle effect on a 700 lb squat made me realize that we weren’t unlucky.
It doesn’t make a lot of sense to me as Rogue could easily amp up to a 38mm given their bow bar and have a true comp squat bar that would be good to astronomical weights.
That said - I’d recommend a Cerberus 32mm squat bar in place of this one. It’s a better price, performed better, etc.
