This is a direct cheap, no frills, “get ya going” option. You probably always wondered the appropriate use of a 35# plate - well being the weight post for this is the best application. That said it still likes to bounce around if no perfectly balanced. Spend the extra couple bucks and attach to your rack - or consider setting this in concrete!

Another “Titan got it right”. Wide base, heavy duty but still easy to move, wide foot base. This is a nice and solid piece and the ability to quickly clear it out of the way is a win.

Straight 3’s across the board for me. I WANTED to love this bar. And at first I thought we were unlucky. But around 600 lbs it started getting VERY goofy, and as weight went up so did oscillation, bend, etc. I then saw one in use at a competition at a local gym and the pool noodle effect on a 700 lb squat made me realize that we weren’t unlucky. It doesn’t make a lot of sense to me as Rogue could easily amp up to a 38mm given their bow bar and have a true comp squat bar that would be good to astronomical weights. That said - I’d recommend a Cerberus 32mm squat bar in place of this one. It’s a better price, performed better, etc.

A very nice bar that we may add in near future. Right now we either use a straight bar, a cambered bar, or a multi-grip when using the homemade seal row set-up

I love everything about this when I use it - I’ve got to test it multiple times and spots, but haven’t pulled the trigger on buying. The heart of that really lies in storage, and space. I just can’t justify the investment and space allocation, especially when not in use. If my gym was double the size I’d double up on my rack and leave one permanently mounted. Right now I have other options with more flexibility to better solve the equation. But I’ll have one someday :)

How accurate is it? It’s a mystery. Kind of like your band tension in AR reps even though you used a crane scale. Does anyone REALLY trust it? I put way more faith in my Captains of Crush grippers and what I can close - but this is fun and a great way to get people throwing down challenges and competing across different disciplines.

These dumbbells were floating around a lot on resale and factory sale and I took a stab with a pair that have been fantastic. I’m certain it’s simply the branding - they are comparable to current Hammer Strength and feel same in knurl. Were a great buy out of a distributor! They are the 115’s on bottom rack of pic.

It’s rock solid and a fantastic piece. Wait for Matte Black Friday sale as they usually get a discount then. You won’t go wrong with these benches and they will hold up to any abuse. Thankfully the chalk abuse pictured is easily cleaned as well!
