Solid as a grippy “comp replacement” for otherwise slick pads. Not one I would run to, but if you need a replacement it’s a solid choice without going full width.

You ever have someone ask how a rep felt and you just said “heavy”. Sometimes the bar is heavy is from 225-500+. It’s the feeling. And sometimes the number is different. And what is incredible is this essence was captured in 8 words to inspire all of us just go balls out and hit more.

Let’s start at a high level. From the moment you open the box you will be hit with the familiar musk of the stall mat, leading you to believe our hero inventors found a way to bottle the very essence of a 4x6 mat and infuse it into this miniature version. The attention to detail is prominent, as these aren’t some junker mats found on marketplace. These are virgin mats with the perfect balance of white fleck. I’m convinced the choice of each mat was similar to granite with hours spent in the yard finding the perfect balance of coloration and vein. Excited to challenge my grip with this piece, but it will clearly be a top choice in our space.

The king of the garage sale circa 2000 - everyone wanted rid of them and there was one in every grandparent household in America. Move forward 25+ years and they are rebuilt, rebranded, and still doing the same job they did before. You won’t go wrong with a “classic”

Played with them at Rogue HQ and they are very nice, but also extremely slick. I can see huge value in a more commercial space or just a spot that wants strongman equipment without all the added mess that some of it brings.

Fun to make, and my Slater molds have gotten plenty of use. I need to get some bigger molds. Make sure to use the reinforcement fibers, vibrate the concrete, and have a quality mix. The rest is just patience. Add colorant bags to your concrete to dye them different colors, and let your imagination run wild. My most fun set were purple stones for a friend.

I built a mold out of wood and it was producing a near 200# stone every time. Easy enough to change size and proportions when needed with added pieces or mold adjustment. Performance docked even though it’s mine because concrete is a 1 and done, whereas a steel version can be built to add load much easier. Time to not suck at welding

When you know people who re-tread tires you can get your pick. The pain is having to explain to people who don’t understand why their are random tires laying around the gym.
