A solid way to waste the end of year FSA dollars. We have as part of our “get loose or recover” stash. They don’t see same action as foam roller though!

No issues with them. Basically just the bare minimum to be able to claim the PR on a tough day!

Doesn’t appear Rogue has my version listed anymore which makes perfect sense. My first thought when I bought this used was they should have added ability to use on a land mine. Seem that they agreed and moved to that version. It’s a nice piece but I knock on performance because it is unnecessarily large and heavy - to the point of a warning to changing weight. Its size and weight also makes it a nightmare for many of my smaller lifters to take on or off. A ‘nice to have’ but not a top piece to put in your space

No issues with them. They were provided by Rogue for our Donkey when we bought it out of the garage sale. Have performed find and no issues but they kind of live on the donkey and don’t see repeated drops

It’s a perfect bar for kids, beginners, or anyone who just needs a lighter option that is still rackable. That said - this isn’t a be-all-end-all solution. It’s a beginner bar. It doesn’t have to be great. It isn’t going to see big weight. I can’t point you to the better value but I’m positive it has to exist. If not for a deal I got I wouldn’t have this bar in my space.

Came with my rhino when I bought but easily replaces 5-6 belts we had for old piece and so far no one has complained how it sits on them or fits overall. You can see all the belts and loops we had before. A single piece vs all this is a win!

I’ve used to do light warm up work, and try out multiple times in multiple gyms. If I had space, a garage sale one would have came home with me. Solid piece, but I felt like a drunken sailor once I got done walking on it. Don’t ask me about running because I’ve skipped cardio for a decade.

I have the black iron version which they no longer offer. These are “ok” if you have space limitations, need a better cost model, etc. But just know you are getting the challenges that come with adjustable DB’s like collars backing off, bucking them up can suck, they will rattle loose, etc etc.
