I honestly hate this bar but that’s personal preference. I really only enjoy for close grip tricep work but that’s a reflection of me rather than the equipment. Knurling could be “nastier” for my taste. I also think Titan accidentally let a cap slide all the way down and just welded another on as you can a defined rattle inside one side. It’s cheap. It works. I’m glad I didn’t invest a bunch more than what I did

Traps bars are mundane and a dime a dozen. Nothing sets this one apart amongst a crowded field

Value is a reflection of new pricing because unless you are a large commercial space or a billionaire, I don’t see these making sense. They are gorgeous dumbbells with fantastic grips. I bought my set used and the price I paid may have qualified me for theft but either way they are mine now and in my gym! Only major complaint is the rubber on these breaks down quick and they are kind of a pain to put back on. A few DB’s have picked up cracks but best I know my set is well over 15 years old and spent all but the last 5 under daily use in a commercial setting. Photo includes one of phenomenal lifters and my Boerboel!

Phenomenal piece for heavy tricep work, and I also use for a lot of pull-through style back and lat work, as well as some open palm bicep curl work. The ability drive through the palms eliminates any grip inconsistencies and focus HARD on triceps

I’m the minority I’m sure, but unless it’s right out of the wrapper I’m not impressed with this bench bar. Wears in quickly, and having a team of lifters who load 500-1100 weekly on a bar, it just can’t take the abuse. I’ve retired two of them. Everyday benchers may love. If equipped, you’ll get more life out of an F8, or using a 32mm Cerberus squat bar as your bench bar.

Fantastic safeties, and always do well. We use on all our training mono’s and comp mono’s. Best pick in the game!

I got a pile of these bumpers at their old facility in Birmingham. Quality USA made bumpers I’ve recommend to multiple other gyms. That I picked up after a comp for $1/lb made it even sweeter. Lots of offerings in this space now but these are a solid choice

Best value. Little weld. Little steel. Little laser work. Little paint. Massive SS bowl. Perfection.
