The “Dunky” - best said with worst Shrek impression. It’s an absolute monster and will Not move anywhere. As a GHD it’s solid. Adjustability can be a pain because everything weighs a metric butt ton. We use bands to help individuals first using and they can wrap around foot platform and hold steady with confidence. As a hyper it has thought of everything. Our Titan hyper was hated by many of our female lifters because of the pressure points. I didn’t understand but I was told it’s because I’m male and never birthed a child - fair point. All love this piece. But while potentially inadvertently looking after mothers, Rogue purposely blessed the fathers with a removable center pad ensuring that there never an incidental nutcracker incident. We salute you engineers.

Fantastic bar to change up on squats, when rehabbing or fighting shoulder mobility, and as a change up on accessories. Built to last. No knock but many of my smaller lifters fight muscling this bar out of a holder and into a rack or mono - simply an FYI if handling a large bulky bar may pose challenges to you.

Not a piece to get if you are short on space, but it’s amazing if you have room and are serious about bench. The only knock I have is that the motion actually allows the weight to get lighter as you press off bottom. So it’s a great bottom half builder as is. For lockout work, we throw heavy bands from an unused handle, around the back, and on to another handle. Problem solved! Pretty tough to find second hand but it hits either extreme or people knowing what they have or not. Pray for the second!

A tough one to screw up honestly - but like all things Rogue it’s built like a tank, hasn’t broke, is made in the US, and you pay for all that. Handle doubles as a great collar holder as seen in image!

Out of the package you’ll be impressed. Great loadable sleeve, finish, knurl. I mark it down because I’m just not impressed with durability. Seems like after a few big hits (800+) it picks up more bend, oscillation, etc. For price it’s tough to beat, but doing over I’d have bought the Sportkraft or F8

Built like a tank. Will not move and can take any abuse. We beat the crap out of our equipment and this thing laughs it off. Price is ridiculous, but so is functionality and quality so, meh!

Do I love it? Yes. Did my PVC build at $20 work as well? Also yes.

I had a gym full as we outfit 3 platforms on comp day (yes - in Freedom units). They are good if value as any calibrated, especially when Rogue changed style and had marked down to $1 lb! Pros - affordable, thin, accurate. Cons - PITA to handle and chrome is terrible slick even if they look cool, paint is terrible and got touched up by hand in factories with finger painting.
