For benching, it reigns supreme in my home. Takes a minute to initially find your balance point (and figure out the plate math) but for your efforts, you're rewarded with a great increase in comfort.

Great way to add 2.5-5lbs to my cable weight stack. Despite the magnets being secured by adhesive, they've yet to budge. So, I'm perfectly pleased.

Solid attachment for tricep, rear delt, and ab work. However, I use this almost exclusively now for, "Reverse Squats," and it's great.

More advanced options may exist but for $70 off of Craigslist in 2016, it can't be beat. Used primarily for warming up prior to lifting, I've oiled the chain maybe once a year? Painted it purple, added bike handle grips, and I'm set for life.

The bottom lacks grip for wooden platforms. But they work well enough for belt squats. Seem nearly indestructible, too.

Way better (articulation, form factor, and barbell protection) options exist these days. But it gets the job done.

In every way superior to its predecessors. The fit and finish is remarkable, especially for the price. It's a joy to use. If I only owned one bench, it'd probably be this.

I don't even use them as safeties, really. I use them as steps to set-up for weighted pull-ups, to get accessories stored at the top of my rack, for 45 degree hyperextensions, Nordics, and QL raises. However, compatibility (I went through three pairs) is lacking with imperial racks. Ended up using a metal brake to straighten out the angles to true 90°. After that, they fit perfectly. Totally worth the effort and since Rogue doesn't make these for the Monster Lite (or in 30" length), no real cheaper option out there.
