This is a beast of a bench that Basement Brandon helped me pick out before I was Crü and I have not been disappointed with it. The padding is high quality, it is a heavy bench so that also makes me feel like it is safe for some heavy presses. I like the ladder style for incline adjustments and it also can come with an attachment to do decline sit-ups which I have as well.

If you really want to make your gym a place to get strong stay strong and use your strength you can’t afford not to be certified!

Goruck has always had quality behind their products. I have one of their rucks and wanted to get a vest for some time and finally pulled the trigger. I would say it does take some time to get used to having a solid plate over your chest but for things like pushups and pull-ups it feels better than a dip belt to me.

If you’re going to have a barbell you need this brush to keep it in the best condition. No other barbell cleaning brush compares to the way this thing is designed it is a must in the home gym

These are essential in any gym home or commercial. It blows my mind that some gyms don’t have these when they allow people to deadlift. They aren’t as good as a connected piece but overall they save space and with two it’s pretty simple overall to get the job done.

Nothing beats some good bumpers. They definitely serve a purpose for certain movements, I’d say the only downfall of most bumpers is the heavier weights tend to be a little too thick and that can make them a bit cumbersome

Bought this bar when my gym was still new and it has served as a good all purpose bar for things I don’t want to use my Texas bar for. It is cerakote so that has started to chip with some of the things I’ve used it for so if you’re someone that is looking for things that won’t look weird over time then probably look into a bare bar but overall this is a good all purpose bar.

If money were no object I’d go with some nice circular urethane dumbbells but getting fixed weight is one of the most expensive things to get for a home gym and also take up a lot of space so hex cap dumbbells end up being the best option overall and I have no complaints on them so far.
